Emergency Evacuation aka Diarrhea

Frustrated, it's not too simple to leave, and even harder to return. First, if you get past the "Blackwater Security" at the airport you have to sign a promissory note to the US Government to pay back the cost of "emergency evacuation" sounds like diarrhea to me, then you surrender your passport until you pay whatever cost they decide, not an appealing option, so I am waiting on the State dpt. to give me clearance. All this just to get to a bank! I've been arranging to have all my patients taken care of if I have to leave, and can't get back due to red tape, I am existing now thanks to the many Haitian friends I have made, if they have a piece of bread, they'll share it with you. Thanks Acton et al for doing the website thing for tents, I think I will start to devote more attention to it, it sprinkled today, and already the mosquitoes are getting worse, Ken has been gathering tents in Colorado, and wants to come and help, he would be a great addition.
