UNICEF

A group of Doc's from Singapore want to take over my clinics. It should happen tomorrow. I met an Angel today from UNICEF, I introduced myself with the charm ya'll know me for (NOT!) I'm surprised she even listened to me, but they are in desperate need of a Physician to asses the medical need of children in orphanages. I offered her my services, so I am making new arrangments and shifting gears again, I will need a new vehicle, as I have been using Dr Adrien's and his driver, Darling will remain with me and she know's a policeman currently out of work who has an SUV and firearm, and he will drive us for food and fuel, we get the addresses from UNICEF, and away we go, I am plotting orphanages and clinics with GPS. The central command at the UN is starting to work a little better, and I am also learning the ins and outs and getting to know the right people. I feel I am now maximizing my time, and doing the most good. I cannot start with the orphanages today as I have to followup on some critical patients in CdB this afternoon, but I am excited, treating children with injuries is where I would prefer to be....g
